• Keep your password secure and not share your account.
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
• Not upload content that violates copyright, is offensive, or breaks any laws.
• Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or abuse our service.

You own the videos and content you create on Fizible. By using our platform, you grant us permission to:

• Store and process your content to provide our service.
• Use AI tools (like OpenAI and ElevenLabs) to generate scripts, voiceovers, and visuals.
• Display your content within the platform for editing and previewing.

We won't sell your content or use it for anything outside of providing you with our service.

Fizible offers paid subscription plans. Here's how it works:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices may change, but we'll notify you in advance.

Don't use Fizible to:

• Create content that's illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.
• Spam, harass, or impersonate others.
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing.
• Scrape or abuse our platform in automated ways.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Fizible is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep everything running smoothly:

• We don't guarantee 100% uptime or error-free service.
• AI-generated content may not always be perfect—review before publishing.
• We're not responsible for how you use the videos you create.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fizible is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Fizible means you accept the updated terms.

You can delete your account anytime. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you'll lose access to your content, so make sure to download anything you want to keep.
